This design is actually just one piece of a larger whole; I was tasked with creating a mockup social media post for my Online Media Design class, and as such, I felt obligated to make it an entirely new social media site. Introducing ChitChat!

The logo design, while relatively simple, demonstrates several different elements of design used in most social media sites today. The most obvious of these is minimalism; while lacking in details, it can allow the viewer to quickly and easily recognize it at a glance. In addition, the symmetrical design makes the design quite aesthetically pleasing, and creates a sense of balance in the piece.
